A challenging and scenically rewarding trip far away from the madding crowd. Loved the opportunity to hike in such a remote area and end each day in a comfortable hut - with wonderful hot meals, saunas and sheets on the bed. Appreciated that the hut-to-hut hikes could be enhanced with various side trips to nearby peaks, lakes or scenic overlooks. Incredible views despite smoky air.
Our small group of five clients was, unfortunately, not compatible in hiking ability. Three of us were trained and fit; the two others, not so much. Our guides Will and Ben deserve medals for their patience and kindness in helping the struggling couple get up - and especially down - some steep terrain. The guides strived to accommodate those of us who wanted to hike more, and faster, and kept morale up among all of us amid difficult circumstances.

This was our first group trip and we didn't know what to expect. It exceeded anything we could have imagined in terms of the guides and the entire smooth process. Derek and Moose (Michael) are top notch. They were knowledgeable, anticipated our needs, great ambassadors for the area and Austin Adventures. They were attentive and the little touches like refreshments and snacks, in addition to the excellent lunches, were much appreciated. The days were well planned out; interesting and thoroughly enjoyable!

The trip was nothing short of fantastic! The sights were amazing. They were everything that we'd hope for and then some. Not having to deal with the logistics of things was a real luxury. The guides knew how to avoid the crowds as best as possible and were always there to help. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. We were surprised and amazed by the wonderful lunches that seemed to appear out of nowhere. From forest settings, mountain views or on the beach, we never went hungry. Restaurants were top notch as well. We were also fortunate in that we were a small group of 5 and everybody got along well with each other. It was like traveling with family.

From the moment we got picked up we didn't stop. Jam packed filled with travelling, hiking, experiences, eating and drinking. Lynette, the driver, and Nic guiding were extremely brilliant. Their knowledge and care of us all was exemplary. We couldn't have asked for better guides.
Totally enjoyed this holiday, I have nothing bad to say about it.

The holiday was amazing, what a great way to explore New Zealand, North Island. Lynette was a great driver and very knowledgeable about the country. Nicola was a fantastic cook, all dietary requirements catered for really well. All the activities were well organised and I thoroughly enjoyed them.

I am so sorry this is going to be a bit limited. I fill this out about a week ago and for some reason it did not submit.
We had a lovely trip. Keenan and Sydney were delightful and really made the trip

Overall the trip was excellent. Flawless execution from start to finish! With so much to see in Yellowstone and as a first time visitor I was very pleased with the hikes and sights that we did visit in the time we spent in the park.

I have traveled around the world for both work and pleasure for many many years and this trip was by far among the tops. The guides, Sydney and Keenan, were outstanding and loved showing us the best of the Canadian Rockies. They thought of everything and adapted the schedule and days according to the group with ease and good humor. The other members of the party were delightful and after 6 days we left as good friends who shared a great adventure. Thank you Sidney and Keenan and Austin Adventures.

This is our second three-generation trip with Austin Adventures. We never thought you could surpass the first one in Yellowstone about six years ago, but exceed it you did. Your motto "The toughest part is going home" still rings true. In that sense, we would have liked a couple more days of fun and maybe a bit more of Mozart's world for the older generation.

We knew it would be hot when we booked a year ago, but an unprecedented heat dome had settled over the southwest weeks prior to our arrival. Despite walking into the blast furnace (aka Phoenix), the remainder of the trip into northern Arizona was far more pleasant. And we were provided ample hydration drinks/water by our amazing guides (Megan and Joel)! It was truly an awesome trip and the best reward was witnessing my family's expressions as they viewed one of the worlds natural wonders for the first time. The accommodations, guides, and meals were all wonderful.

The trip to Glacier National Park was absolutely amazing and you Austin Adventures couldn't have done a better job helping us check it off our bucket list. Steve & Bob were amazing guides and we'd travel with them again in a heartbeat!

This has been one of my favorite of all vacations. The Canadian Rockies are stunningly beautiful - it leaves you in total wonderment about the powerful affect of nature. Our guides (Sydney and Keenan) were superb. They worked tirelessly to ensure we had a good time. It was the little things they did that impressed me with their hospitality skills. They left us hand written notes each night in our rooms with chocolates. They brought us hot chocolate with whipped cream during our hike on a glacier; they brought us wonderful snacks during a break while white water rafting; they made sure we had towels to dry off after the raft trip. The list goes on and on. Their positive attitude was contagious for the group, and even though many of us were strangers, we became almost like a family. Good job Austin Adventures for having such great guides.

We'd been looking forward to going to Glacier National Park for quite a while. We are so happy we decided to go with Austin Adventures. They took care of all the meals, lodging, and activities so we could just enjoy the beautiful scenery. And our guides, Steve and Bob, were awesome. They went above and beyond accommodating dietary restrictions and took time to get to know everyone on the trip.

Was a little nervous about the zipline which would be the start of our adventures. The zipline instructors were very safety minded and professional so I was willing to give it a try. As we climbed up the first platform, I saw the river we would be crossing. My turn... woo! I loved it!
So enjoyed hiking the trails with knowledgeable, helpful, uplifting, and very fun to be with guides. The variety of trails with features geysers, mud springs, wildlife, lakes, and cliffs. At times I felt we were walking on the moon! Loved the Yellowstone Grand Canyon and the clever way our guide introduced us to the stunning views.
Thank you! Happy trails.

Very well organized , hikes were somewhat challenging but very doable, could walk at own pace and not feel like slowing down group, meals and accommodations were excellent, organized and well planned, if you didnt think you could do one of the hikes or bike riding, they had another easier plan or hike.

The Dolomites were beautiful, the hikes were challenging but there was room to opt in and out of some of the harder/longer sections, and the guides were exceptional. The Rifugios in Italy are MUCH nicer than those in New Zealand and Patagonia (for those who've been), and the food was truly delicious! I particularly appreciated the amount of coffee and strudel we were able to enjoy (icing on the cake)
Be prepared for unstable weather (in the Dolomites and in general these days), but also for an incredible experience!

This trip was a life changing experience for my husband and I. The people in our group were amazing people. Our guide Holly was incredibly patient, her calm demeanor, and knowledge really made the trip special. Johan our other guide was a ball of energy, knowledge, skill, and sunshine wrapped into one we were lucky to meet him. They worked seamlessly together to balance each other out and make each activity we completed great. We are already thinking of our next trip.
